Beatrix Potter's Peter Rabbit Storybooks have been timeless and favored by generation after generation. Beatrix Potter created the characters in Peter Rabbit as part of a letter she wrote to a young friend, Noel Moore, to cheer him up. The first story, The Tale of Peter Rabbit, was published in 1903

This kit has been modified from the Quilt Pattern provided free on Riley Blake website.  We modified it to make it smaller and we swapped out the outer border from blue to pink.  We have 3 color variations to chose from.

This quilt uses a panel which includes 20 different character photo blocks, so you can chose your favorite characters.  The outer border print features Peter Rabbit and Friends Photo blocks tossed on pink.  The inner quilt panel is make up of 9 star blocks, 15" square.  

The basic Kit comes complete with instructions and fabric to make the quilt top and binding. (Batting or backing is not included). Most of the fabrics in the kit have been pre-cut, saving you many hours of cutting and minimizing mis-cuts.

Fabric included:
1 Panel
(9) 10" assorted pre-cut squares
(8) 2 1/2" x 48" pre-cut strips for sashing (varies with color variation)
(1) 2 1/2" x WOF pre-cut strip for sashing corner blocks (varies with color variation)
1 1/8 yards of outer border fabrics (varies with color variation)
(9) 10" pre-cut cloud wavy words squares
(7) 2 1/2" x WOF strips for the binding.

The backing fabric will come in 2 cuts: 1 @ 66" x WOF and the second at 66" x 1/2 WOF.  When sewn together, it will make a 66" x 66" square backing piece.
