Returns Policy
In most cases, we do not accept returns on any pre-cut fabric unless you received the wrong fabric by mistake or you found flaws or mis-printing. Please email us to arrange to best option for replacement.
For other pre-packaged items, you may return them within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us prior to returning to make sure you return it to the correct address. Return freight will be paid by us only if your product was damaged.
We will notify you once we have received the goods back and you should expect to receive your refund within a few days after we receive your package back.
Please do email us if you have any concerns over the products you purchased as we are happy to try and accommodate you if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We do our best to respond within 48 business hours. We are closed weekends and holidays.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
